Back in November I volunteered for a bottling/labeling session at a Chicago area craft distillery, and the opportunity to do it again came up today so I jumped on it. Since I already did several full photo essays on it before (see here), I only took the above photo today (and this quick VineApp video). It’s super chill though, and all the guys there are awesome. We also got to sample some of their not-yet-available single malt, still in the barrel. It’s powerful stuff, but tasty.
If you’re ever in Chicago, they do tours and tastings on Saturday at 2 and 3pm, and they sell their products (an amazing assortment of whiskey and gin) on site. I highly recommend it.
